Refund & Return Policy

At MZS Fragrance, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Opened fragrance oils.
- Opened aroma chemicals.
- Perfume solvents that have been opened or used.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number.
- Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), refund arrangements will be discussed with you after your return request is approved.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are:
- Damaged during delivery.
- Defective.
- Incorrectly shipped.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), MZS Fragrance will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is not due to our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled under this Refund & Return Policy.
8. Important Notes
- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- Do not use the product if you believe it is damaged or incorrect.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
